Payments System Board Update: August 2020 Meeting

Today’s Payments System Board meeting discussed its annual assessment of the ASX clearing and settlement facilities, work on the Review of Retail Payments Regulation, implications of declining cash use for the provision of cash services, and issues around the possible issuance of a retail CBDC.
